Dinners/Events 1. Each member requesting a reimbursement for item(s) approved by the Dinner/Event Coordinator must fill out a Reimbursement Request Form. This form should include details on the items purchased and amounts, and receipts should be attached. The member submits the Form to the Dinner/Event Coordinator.

The Caloosa Dive Club Website was developed for the following purposes: 1.       To provide an interactive on-line presence for Caloosa Dive Club members. 2.       To provide an on-line resource for all Scuba Divers. 3.       To promote the sport of Scuba Diving. 4.       To give non club members an insight to the benefits of membership with the Caloosa Dive Club.

ARTICLE I: NAME Section 1: The name of this organization shall be the Caloosa Dive Club. ARTICLE II: PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES Section 1: For the preservation, support, and promotion of the sport of SCUBA diving and its various forms of allied activities.

ARTICLE I: DUTIES OF OFFICERS President: Shall preside at all meetings of the organization and shall perform such other duties consistent with the office of president. Vice President: Shall exercise all functions of the President in his absence and shall head the membership committee.
